The project aims at developing JavaScript based adapters/bridges for windows applications, web
applications, java applications and terminal applications. It provides a single sign on facility
based on windows login credentials to access separate and healthcare applications by allowing
clinical applications to share information at the point. End Users (can be Physicians, Non-
Physician, Admin or any authorized user) sign on once to any combination of applications - even
when the applications require different authentication schemes or credentials - significantly
reducing the burden and complexity of managing and using multiple passwords. The single sign-
on solution can also include fully integrated capabilities for single patient selection, in which a
caregiver’s applications synchronize automatically to the same patient record by means of a
technique called “Context Management”.
iGate is responsible for assessing non-CCOW compliant applications (CCOW or Clinical
Context Object Workgroup is an HL7 standard protocol designed to enable disparate
applications to synchronize in real-time, and at the user-interface level; It is vendor independent
and allows applications to present information at the desktop and/or portal level in a unified
way) and developing application adapters (called as bridges) that provide context sharing
functionality using Sentillion’s Vergence suite of products such as Vergence Bridgeworks,
Vergence Wizard and Sentillion Performance Framework (SPF). Bridge development is followed
by rigorous testing, issue fixing and documentation. Also, any enhancements as per business
rule changes or regulatory changes will be handled by iGate. My role was of a manual tester in
this project.
Responsibilities in this project include:

provided by the client.

The project aims at automated regression testing of web application Service-Now. Our team has
to prepare test cases and test scripts. We have used Selenium IDE and Selenium web-driver (using
Java) for determining properties of web elements and have created our own framework to achieve
our automation. It’s a keyword driven framework. This framework contains java files that fetches
value from scripted excel sheets and creates another excel file as an output that contains result of
the execution. I am a part of the team that adds code to framework for framework development as
well as we perform regression testing .
Handling team at Mumbai location and performing other team activities and connectivity with
the team at other location.
Responsibilities in this project include:
1. Manually checking the workflow provided by the development/functional testing team.
2. Preparing the test cases for the workflow and then the test scripts for the same.
3. Conducting Team meetings.
4. Playing a role for development and enhancement of our regression framework coded
using Java language.
