WASTE
TO
ENERGY
Everyday Allot of human waste (Sewage) is
produced in our society.
Poor sanitation from sewage that runs directly
into nearby water supplies is also responsible
for diseases which kill around 700,000 children
each year
This waste before left into the environment has
to be treated to make it harmless.
Sewage treatment invloves a large number of
processes and is very time/energy consuming

The Problem!!
A data-rich visualization of
a story or thesis
A tool to educate and to inform A way to build brand aware-
ness and inbound links at half
the cost of standard online
marketing
What’s the problem
you want to solve?
What’s the current impact
of this problem on you/society/
the environment?
What’s your solution?
Now you have identified a
problem how do you propose
to tackle it?
What makes your
solution click?
Tell us why your solution is
different from what’s currently
available!
TIP: Think about whether the solution
you are suggesting is technically and
economically feasible.
You can use MS PowerPoint
to create your infographic.
Savethefileandsendittous!
Collect your
basic facts & data!
Get the Information and
numbers that you want your
audience to care about
A creative story line
That will help your audience
to focus on what you have to say
And don’t forget...
keep calm and keep it simple!
Think about the three main
points that you need to include
(see above)
Use one slide for each of the
threepoints. Use images,
graphsandsometexttoconvey
your message in each slide
2. What we need from you
This will be your deliverable for Round 1
1. What you need
3. How you can create your infographic
Good Luck!!!
We look forward to your entries.

The plant consumes lots of electricity and
the output is only disinfected water which is
not suitable for drinking
The Solution
Omniprocessor
What does it Do?
sewer sludge Dryer
Steam
Solid Fuel
FURNACE
Boiling water
SteamGenerator
Condenation/
Filteration Pure water
Electricity
Grid
For the given input of sludge the omniprocessor generates electricity
and produces potable water
Why the omniprocessor stands out??
Electricity porduced Drinking water produced
Yearly statistics
Conclusion:
According to the above statistics an omniprocessor is extremely viable economically as well as ergonomically
compared to the existing methods of waste water treatment.
Also it provides pure drinking water which could help save millions of lives
It uses the sludge and electricity produced by it as fuel and thus is extremely efficient
