BeforeEnteringtheStoreexperience:

•   Offers in thewindow are supposedtoattractpeople
•   Store looks closed, doesnot invite me in
•   Can’tseethroughthewindow, can’tseethe sales person
In SportsStore:

•   Shows big halls for wandering around
•   Storage boxes are on display, invites you to try on
•   Design and colours arecoherent
•   Designed for families to come in together
In SportsStore:

•   Bug mirrors incourages customers to try clothes on
•   Weakness: the signs PARA MAMA do not coincide withe the store s image and design colours
In Toy Store:
•   Colourful window shows the newest toys
•   Signs with prices and toys for all ages
•   Toys are arranged on the floor for small children to reach and pick
•   Weakness: a ladder between toys represents a hazard for kids playing around
In Decoration Store:
•   The spirit of the store begins on the street, with the decoration of the trees
•   Plants, door and window are all in synchrony
•   Inside, a sign encourages customers to go up the stairs and find more products
•   Couch is used to show cushions
In Decoration Store:
•   Producs are arranged in kitchen, for people to notice what they are for
•   Many products need a sign explaining its use
•   Weakness: next to a goodbye sign, we can see a baby carriage which was not able to make it to
    the top floor
In Coffee Shop:
•   The whole decoration shows the spirit of the place
•   Bike storage in the window incourages bikers to come in for coffee
•   Muffins and cakes are exhibited to attract people and cense the environment
•   Backyard is decorated to the inside and covers machines and deposit
