VILLA 930 IN TUSCANY, ITALY
Villa 930 consists of three separate properties set in extensive gardens within a private walled Tuscan
Estate of over four acres. The villa has six bedrooms and its own luxury kitchen, reception room and
private terrace.
Location: 10 minute drive from Lucca, a 30 minute drive from Pisa and approximately one hour from
Florence.
The villa is a 400 square meter (4,400 square foot) house with lovely views from the towers of Lucca to
the charming farmhouses and olive groves on Monte Zano. The house has it's own entrance and private
garden and swimming pool. It can be rented as one unit or as two separate three bedroom units but for
privacy purpose we kindly suggest the rental of the whole villa.
Ground floor The open plan kitchen/dining room is decorated in traditional Florentine style with
glimmering bronze-red silk curtains providing a sophisticated setting for large dinner parties. The
adjacent drawing room has deep comfortable sofas and a Tuscan fireplace. At the east side just in front
of the pool there is a large demonstration kitchen and sitting area with beautiful frescos and a separate
dining room with fireplace. From the drawing room with 2 ramps of stairs you will reach the 1st floor

First floor Six spacious bedrooms - 4 deluxe -Monticatini, Chianti, Siena, and Volterra. These all have
bathrooms and shower ensuite. Chianti and Siena have luxury kingsize beds that can separate into twin
beds if required. The two superior bedrooms - San Gimignano and Cinque Terre - have ensuite shower
rooms and luxury double beds. The bedrooms are furnished to a high specification with antiques and
specially-selected designer fabrics All bathrooms have marble basin tops, marble tiles in the shower and
traditional Veneziano plaster on the walls
Garden & Pool area The private garden with plenty of shady areas, well equiped with furniture for al
fresco dinners under the cherry tree. At the east side of the property it is located the elegant pool fully
equipped of beds and umbrellas
