VILLA 1401 IN MYKONOS, GREECE
The villa is situated on just over 2000 square meters of land on a hill overlooking the Bay of Korfos,
and has what can only be described as spectacular sunsets. This particular property also has a
reputation on the island of having one of the most well-kept and beautiful properties on the entire

most unusual on an island known for its dryness, and creates not only a feeling of lushness but
guarantees some privacy. The villa itself is approximately 205 sqm in size and has 3 different floors.
Most of the furniture in and around the house is made of teak wood, all of which was custom made and
imported from the island of Bali, in Indonesia. All of the furniture has been cleverly combined with
elements of modern art and traditional Greek simplicity, which gives the entire villa a very warm feeling
of comfort and elegance.
The pool and barbeque area are located on the lower level of the house and looks over at the Bay of
Korfos, the symbolic windmills of the city center and everything in between! Both areas of this property
you will use regularly, as they are certainly highlights of this villa. The barbeque area is magnificent
both during the day and in the evening. What better place to have a nice lunch than to sit down to a
panoramic view of the ocean, with endless views in all directions? This area is particularly stunning in
the evening, where you may want to relax at the bar or lounge area prior to sitting down for dinner.
With the lights of the town center flickering in the background, the barbeque area--either for a
romantic dinner or with a group of friends up to 12 people, will be hard to stay away from! The
swimming pool has been recently renovated with a new filtration system and enlarged. It is a perfect
place for all ages to spend the day. The pool area has several sun tanning chairs and umbrella's to
ensure you are comfortable during the hot Mykonian summer. Fresh towels are also in ample supply
and will be washed and changed regularly by the staff.
Bedrooms
The villas 5 bedrooms are all very tastefully decorated with custom furniture and handmade linen that
has been imported from Bali and Thailand. Comfort and simplicity have been the essential ingredients
that have been kept in mind in all of the rooms, highlighted by soft colors and attention to detail to
bring out the best in the overall decor. The main bedroom is of particular interest and one of the many
focal points of the villa, taking up the entire top floor of the house. It also has a private, large open
balcony that is the ideal place to have drinks and watch the sun set at the end of a relaxing day. The
master bedroom also has its own television and video player.
On the main floor of the villa are two more bedrooms, smaller in size but ideal for two people in each
room. These rooms are on the same floor as the living room, dining room and kitchen.
The last two bedrooms are on the ground level of the house, which many of our guests tell us has the

most character. This large room is comprised of two spacious bedrooms and has its own self contained
kitchen, perfect for a family or two couples. The main door of this room opens up directly to the
outside barbeque area and the swimming pool, which is only 5 meters away and to your right. Two cozy
wooden Balinese chairs and a large white umbrella are also outside the entrance of this room, making it
an ideal place to have breakfast and start your day.
All of the bedrooms of the villa are cleaned and have their beds made daily, along with the sheets
changed regularly.
Distances
The house is 2 minutes away from town by car and 15 minutes by foot. All shopping is conveniently
located close by.
Main House
Top Floor: Master bedroom with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom and large balcony.
Main Floor: Front bedroom with 2 twin beds and ensuite bathroom. The back bedroom has a
double bed and sharing bathroom.
Guest Apartment
1 double bed and 2 twin beds, ensuite bathroom and self contained kitchen.
Staff
Two staff live in a private house on the premises and are responsible for general daily cleaning and
housekeeping of the villa every day except on Sunday, as well as maintaining the swimming pool and
beautiful grounds. They will be happy to do grocery shopping, buying of your daily news paper, laundry
and ironing etc. for the guests. They are also able to help you with any information you need regarding
where to go out at night, dinner reservations, and how to get around the island of Mykonos.

reception room.

The Island
Mykonos in three color's and three scenes. The white houses, dazzling in the sunlight, with balconies
and stairways festooned with bright geraniums and pots of basil. One facade blending into another,
narrow flagstone alleys winding among them and countless tiny churches topped with blue and red
domes. The white silhouettes of the windmills on the hills above are a reminder of days gone by.
