WORK EXPERIENCE
Associated with Mylan Laboratories Limited since August’13 through Campus placements where I
work in Maintenance Department as an Engineer - Electrical.
Electrical Maintenance:
 Operation and Maintenance of 33KV and 11KV Substation.
 Operation and Maintenance of LT DG Sets up to 1500KVA.
 Implement preventive maintenance through e1-SAP for various equipments like
Transformers, DG Set, ACB, VCB, Earth pits and UPS to increase machine up time and
equipment reliability.
 Daily monitoring the electrical power consumption patterns and online Bidding for the next
day power requirement through IEX (Private Power).
 To prepare ORM reports (Power Consumption, Avg. Unit Cost & SFC of DG Set) and
forecasting.
 To prepare Compliance reports for the electrical audits like CEIG.
 Inventory Management (Maintaining minimum stock of general consumables and Critical
spares and raising purchase requisitions if required to ensure the same).
Electrical Safety:
 To provide safety interlocks for utility equipments.
 To implement LOTO (Lockout & Tag out) in the plant.
 To ensure connectivity, continuity and proper Earthing for each system.
 Installation of Electrical equipments as per group and zone classification.
 Ensuring proper Electrical cable route and dressing.
 To prepare checklist for internal audits.

inspection etc.
 Ensuring Electrical Safety in the plant by conducting periodical audits and to comply them.

 To implement and develop the documents related to EnMS according to clauses as per the
ISO Standards.
 To conduct, review and comply the internal audit observations.
 To guide the employees and conduct awareness programs on EnMS.
 To Conduct review meetings with EnMS team members and reporting to the Energy
Management Representative.
 Having experience in facing ISO audits.
