Vanessa Siverls has over 10 years of experience in program management and development for the National Football League. As Program Manager for the NFL's Football Development Department, she developed and enhanced several professional football programs at the national level, led awareness campaigns, and managed exhibits at NFL events. Previously as Program Coordinator for the NFL Officiating Department, she developed initiatives like the Women Officiating Now pipeline program, oversaw events and training for over 500 attendees, and managed a staff of 50 and a $250k budget.
