A wise man once said that we must guard our thoughts or we are like a house without doors and windows. We choose the things we believe in – just like we chose what clothes to put on before coming to this event. Many of our beliefs may be unconscious beliefs and we may not even know the why and when we adopted that belief. We we have the ability to choose. Oftentimes what we believe is not even based on “the truth” … it is based on “our perceived truth”Since you have the ability to choose your beliefs, you have the ability to adopt new beliefs that serve you better.
