Project – BMC Remedy Asset Management 7.5 at a leading IT
Consulting company
• BMC Remedy ITSM 7.5 Asset Management Implementation
• Integrated the ITSM 7.5 with LDAP, SCCM, Oracle HRMS, custom SSO application and
other custom applications
• This project is handled completely (Project Management, Solution Architecture,
Implementation ) by Vyom Labs
• Organization is globally 1,00,000 + employee IT Consulting Organization
Project / Workshop – BMC Remedy ARS and ITSM Implementation
Workshop for BMC Partner in Europe
• BMC Partner in Europe wanted to implement BMC Remedy ITSM 7.1 suite of products.
Before the implementation they want to have an implementation workshop for all
admin and support staff
• Delivered complete implementation workshop consisting of:
• Development in BMC Remedy ARS, BMC Remedy Service Desk, BMC Remedy
Change Management, BMC Service Level Management, BMC Asset Management,

• Project – BMC Remedy SRM Implementation and Customization
• Major Implementation of SRM (Service Request Management), with Custom Forms and
Custom Workflows.
• Building and routing the Service Request in SRM, Building basic foundation data, Building
SLA for Incidents/Change depending on Regions
• Vyom Labs did consultant augmentation in this project to one of the top 3 outsourcer in the
world. The end client is large technology company (5 billion USD +) in USA
• Project – CMDB Orchestrator Implementation and Customization
• Developing various notifications (related to change) to external systems
• Alert comes from Change Management System and depending upon that alert notification is
sent to external system via SOAP over JMS. Action is taken when SOAP response is received.
It involves updating Change and Unavailability records in Remedy Change Management
• Vyom Labs provided consultant to this project to BMC Partner. The end client is large
telecom company in Asia Pacific.
• Project – BMC Performance Manager Implementation
• Installed BMC Datastore, BMC Portal kit, BMC Remote Service Monitor on Production Server
• Created Infrastructure groups under different locations, Conducted Foundation Data Work Shop
• Configured Monitoring for different Application Servers, Web Servers, Database Servers, Network
Devices.
• This was turnkey assignment for Vyom Labs. End client is medium size technology company
