- Participation Identify CAIs interested in trying new things, find a champion for each organization. Ensure that programmatic and technical leadership is on board or “bought in.” Develop mini-community– shared experience. Implementation Use and deployment requirements. Key success factors, challenges, and implementation requirements. Means to measure or demonstrate impact. Monitoring App use best practices and required process adjustments for deployment. Refinements, new features, or bugs to address. Means to measure and document success in use, impact. Evaluation Application enabled CAI metrics. Lessons learned in CAI application deployment. Efficacy of Testbed approach. Promotion: To facilitate local outreach and public relations to highlight Testbed impact. To showcase and publicize efforts to attract additional CAIs and communities.
