TKNB (The KNOWledge Network Brasil) is a non profit organization in
Brasil, founded in 2005 by a prominent group of researchers in the
Knowledge Management and Innovation area.
Its main target is to promote growth of organization’s intellectual capital as a
strategy:
• To build an international specialist’s network in Knowledge Management;
• To accelerate the organizational performance through knowledge sharing,
generating innovation;
• To represent the MAKE Award - Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise in
Brazil

4. The GMC was born to spread the MAKE Award
Methodology, but today it has become a forum to exchange
knowledge
Global MAKE Conference objectives:
• Share lessons learned in experiences, cases, projects and all Knowledge
Management initiatives with procedural changes and presentations;
• Induce benchmarking between similar organizations, contributing to
dissemination of the best practices on Knowledge Management and Innovation in
the private, public and academic sector;
• To award organizations with important contributions and initiatives in the art of
Knowledge Management and Innovation in Brazil.

6. The KNOW Network in Brasil
Is a Certifying Agency on the MAKE Methodology, for people and
organizations .
Mission: “To stimulate the global interaction, the Knowledge Management and
Innovation creation and diffusion of the Brazilian initiatives around the world,
aiming at fortifying the intellectual capital throughout the MAKE methodology.”
The objective is to increase the rank of Brazilian companies’ presence in the Most Admired
Knowledge Enterprise Award.
The KNOW Network arrives in Brazil as a Certifying Agency in the eight MAKE criteria of
excellence in Knowledge Management and Innovation. This action allows Brazil to participate
in the largest KM best practice international community and conferences around the world.
