Profile
I am a very adaptable, hard working Creative
Artworker with experience gained within design
studios, advertising agencies, newspapers and
in-house marketing departments.
I have proven to be a strong team player with
a ‘can do’ attitude and a sense of humour. I
am fully conversant in Photoshop, InDesign,
Illustrator and have a good working knowledge
of Microsoft Office.

demonstrate the benefits of having an easy accessible source of information about a team and their services. This was

Special Offer
As a‘Thank You’for making
a purchase at Monaco, we
have arranged for you to
get a complimentary cup of
coffee from our friends at
Copacabana Café when you
mention ‘Think Locally’.
I opened the Monaco boutique in
1995 offering local people a range
of exciting clothes and beautiful
jewellery, and after 13 years my
approach and philosophy haven’t
changed.
I love colour and interesting prints;
and that is always reflected in my
stock, which you can find in sizes
8 to 24. We carry the ever-popular
Adini brand, as well as lines from
Phool, Emreco, and Kushi. We also
carry Nomads clothing which is
always exciting and is all Fair Trade.
At Monaco we are extremely
customer focused and all the staff
are always warm and friendly
offering a personal service if
required.
I love being in Headington; it is
an interesting place with lots of
colourful people and some great
businesses. I believe that thinking
locally is the right thing to do
because it encourages awareness
and diversity in the business
community and that is something
we don’t ever want to lose.
We look forward to seeing you
soon.

“I’m normally a very wordy person but when it comes to Tim’s
work I’m often left completely speechless. Stunningly creative
designs, meticulous attention to detail, brilliant use of colour,
natural flair enthusiasm, Totally reliable.
They say the proof is in the pudding - well we’ve had so many
lovely comments about our logo, it just proves that Tim
magically captures your brand identity, artistically, with great
style. It’s a real pleasure to work with Tim.
”Tara Bowers
Managing Director at Devlin Rhodes Ltd.
“I have engaged with Tim for a number of my businesses and
projects over the last couple of years and, put simply, he’s
been the missing part that my endeavours needed! As well
as knowing his stuff inside out, he never fails to deliver really
impressive ideas and has an uncanny ability to translate exactly
what we need into concepts. He’s almost telepathic in that
respect! The insight he brings to projects is peerless and he can
understand immediately what is needed for a business, often
before we do. This extra-mile input is critical to moving my
businesses forward and I recommend him to anyone who wants
more than just a passive creative agent, someone who’ll actually
add value and make the process really straight forward.
”James Pryce
Director / Producer at Jamp Video
“I lined managed Tim for 7 months while his usual manager
was on maternity leave. However, we have worked together
for 7 years.
Tim takes on jobs with good humour and makes suggestions
if there is a better way of tackling a brief. He considers his
comments before making them and his patience is a virtue.
He enjoys being busy and gets on with multiple tasks without
complaining. He isn’t flustered when deadlines change or last
minute jobs need to be squeezed in (which often happens).
His role covers a number of disciplines and requires a variety of
skills - photography, design, brand management, artworking,
video edting, template design – to name a few. He is a great
team player and is respected by his colleagues – he has often
demonstrated that he is willing to put himself out to support the
needs of the team and the business.
”Sally Newman
Senior Marketing and Communications Manager
at Corporate Rewards UK
“Tim is a great colleague. I have managed him for a number of
years and he has always been supportive and conscientious.
He is a great people person and stays very calm despite a hectic
work schedule. His creative and computer skills are excellent. He
knows the packages inside out and can fix the macs too. He has
transformed our electronic filing system and keeps the studio
running smoothly. We have also used his strong photography
skills which have proved invaluable in our marketing literature.
He can turn his hand to anything and I would thoroughly
recommend him to anyone.
”Helen Kirkby
Freelance Graphic Designer
“Tim is a creative professional who always works closely with
clients to ensure that what he produces for them is even better
than they could have imagined!
”Kay Evans
Education and Development Adviser, Judicial College
“I worked with Tim for many years at the National School of
Government and during that time Tim produced the artwork
for a number of publications that I wrote. Tim’s work was
always first class and always produced on time. He was always
ready with suggestions for improving the presentation of
the publications and was always willing to make last minute
amendments when these were required. I would thoroughly
recommend Tim to anyone who requires a top quality creative
artworker.
”Paul Grant
Experienced trainer in Parliament and Government
“ Tim is like the HTC of designers – quietly brilliant. I have very
fond memories of working with him at Berkshire Press and
learnt a great deal from him. He’s fabulously creative – and
conscientious and meticulous with it. Simply a great asset to
any team.
”Paul Drinkwater

Stunningly creative designs, meticulous attention to detail, brilliant use of colour, natural flair enthusiasm, Totally reliable. They say the proof is in the pudding - well we’ve had so many lovely comments about our logo, it just proves that Tim magically captures your brand identity, artistically, with great style. It’s a real pleasure to work with Tim. ”Tara Bowers Managing Director at Devlin Rhodes Ltd. “I have engaged with Tim for a number of my businesses and projects over the last couple of years and, put simply, he’s been the missing part that my endeavours needed! As well as knowing his stuff inside out, he never fails to deliver really impressive ideas and has an uncanny ability to translate exactly what we need into concepts. He’s almost telepathic in that respect! The insight he brings to projects is peerless and he can understand immediately what is needed for a business, often before we do. This extra-mile input is critical to moving my businesses forward and I recommend him to anyone who wants more than just a passive creative agent, someone who’ll actually add value and make the process really straight forward. ”James Pryce Director / Producer at Jamp Video “I lined managed Tim for 7 months while his usual manager was on maternity leave. However, we have worked together for 7 years. Tim takes on jobs with good humour and makes suggestions if there is a better way of tackling a brief. He considers his comments before making them and his patience is a virtue. He enjoys being busy and gets on with multiple tasks without complaining. He isn’t flustered when deadlines change or last minute jobs need to be squeezed in (which often happens). His role covers a number of disciplines and requires a variety of skills - photography, design, brand management, artworking, video edting, template design – to name a few. He is a great team player and is respected by his colleagues – he has often demonstrated that he is willing to put himself out to support the needs of the team and the business. ”Sally Newman Senior Marketing and Communications Manager at Corporate Rewards UK “Tim is a great colleague. I have managed him for a number of years and he has always been supportive and conscientious. He is a great people person and stays very calm despite a hectic work schedule. His creative and computer skills are excellent. He knows the packages inside out and can fix the macs too. He has transformed our electronic filing system and keeps the studio running smoothly. We have also used his strong photography skills which have proved invaluable in our marketing literature. He can turn his hand to anything and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone. ”Helen Kirkby Freelance Graphic Designer “Tim is a creative professional who always works closely with clients to ensure that what he produces for them is even better than they could have imagined! ”Kay Evans Education and Development Adviser, Judicial College “I worked with Tim for many years at the National School of Government and during that time Tim produced the artwork for a number of publications that I wrote. Tim’s work was always first class and always produced on time. He was always ready with suggestions for improving the presentation of the publications and was always willing to make last minute amendments when these were required. I would thoroughly recommend Tim to anyone who requires a top quality creative artworker. ”Paul Grant Experienced trainer in Parliament and Government “ Tim is like the HTC of designers – quietly brilliant. I have very fond memories of working with him at Berkshire Press and learnt a great deal from him. He’s fabulously creative – and conscientious and meticulous with it. Simply a great asset to any team. ”Paul Drinkwater Head of Digital/Brand at Capita Children’s Services
