Responsible for more than 12,000 medical charts. Supervised 10 military personnel,
conducted performance evaluations, traced and located lost medical charts, ensured
all charts were pulled for next day medical appointments, ensured that all policy and
procedures were followed, attended all supervisor trainings, trained new personnel.

Processed requests for medical information to be submitted to insurance companies and
other military and civilian medical facilities (100 requests per month). Handled Third
