2. Hei Tiimiakatemia tribe!
A week ago we had a great opportunity to meet in Debrecen, Hungary to re-connect, share and cocreate! We were 25 people from 12 different Tiimiakatemia locations from all over the world.
What was great, we had present not only team coaches but also teampreneurs, the heart and soul of
Tiimiakatemia movement.
We started from blank paper and came up with four meaningful and energizing topics that we
worked on together for two days. What we saw on Saturday afternoon were clear crystallizations
and concrete action steps for the future.
It is great to see how our shared Tiimiakatemia family is strengthening and strengthening every
moment, finding its way to work, learn and co-create as a growing community of team coaches,
teampreneurs and Tiimiakatemias. Our moments together in Hungary showed in a very inspiring
way that we are moving into new and right direction. To become the Fastest Learning Network in
the World. New industry – teampreneur® industry (or mindustry ) - is on its way to be born.
Thank you all for being part of this fastly growing movement!

- 1st team started in 2010
- Today we have total of 5 teams
- 7 team coaches
- New open office!
- First teampreneurs are graduating
- New challenge from management: use of
Tiimiakatemia tools also in other faculties,
entrepreneurship development courses
Budapest
- Started in September 2012
- 2 team coaches Peter and Szava,
supported by Antti from Proakatemia and
teampreneur Laki
- 31 teampreneurs in 2 teams
- We are in the heart of the city and in the
heart of the country

8. Mondragon Tiimiakatemia
- Irun and Oñati campuses have 4
generations
- Bilbao campus has 1 generation
- Amsterdam and Madrid Tiimiakatemias
have 2 generations
- Teampreneurs are called LEINNers
- 1st team entrepreneurs have graduated!
- New Tiimiakatemias opening in
Barcelona, Valencia, Malaga and
Zaragoza
- Virus is spreading to Basque culinary
center, companies, Shanghai, Chile,
Mexico..
- ~410 people in different programs

9. Dime network, Barcelona
- How can I bring this model to companies
and executive training?
- We have to be first big in Spain
- I’ve visited also USA, people are interested!
Big markets, Miami is the door to Latin
America
- I’ve learned that if you sell your time and
hours, you can’t move on. It has to be a
process, it has to have modules.

- Many questions; what is the right shape and
form, where, when…

- 18 amazing teampreneurs

- Westminister is coming soon, also other
initiatives in the air!
Bristol
- 40 teampreneurs –> 2 companies
- Spliting into teams was a shock, not used
to work together and work with strangers
- Forest and back was painful
- Good collaboration with Hungary

12. Strasbourg
- 3 year bachelor program
is part of Management school’s offering,
which is in University of Strasbourg
- 15 penguins + 10 on 2nd year + 10 on
2nd year
- Team coaches are moving from fear to
trust
- We started with square wheels, front
wheels are now round
- Core team has 5 people, we believe
together
- Next year allowed to recruit 2 teams
- Project is still alive!

market. Each participant had a possibility to propose a topic
and following topics were chosen as guiding themes:
1) 2025 team entrepreneurship is the right for all Australians –
measurements, topics and action steps for following years
2) How to make the results of teampreneurs and projects more
visual and comparable? Both local and international level.
3) Re-birth of Leadership Revolution Program
4) Active ownership (like open brand), what does it mean and
how could we help you?

- We need to get teampreneurs involved,
teampreneurs are in the heart of the process!
- Main aim should be to generate the
motivation and energy inside teampreneurs
- We need face to face meetings!
- Expectations for Saturday: schedule and
actions
Comments:
- Ulla: First round was paid by Jyväskylä and
we agreed that the second round is paid also by
others.
- Heikki: maybe different modules could be
held in different Tiimiakatemias? Team coaches
etc could be offered by Tiimiakatemia in
question? But how does it affect to process
learning?

clubs: if you want to climb to another
level, you have to have certain amount
dives behind you and then take a new
course. Padi is a concept, there is a
spirit around it.

- Looking for crowd funding solutions
for translating materials
- UK offered a video at use of the
network. What can we offer to each
others, how can we do it? Using of
