ADD IMAGEto produce clear documents, showing a buildable design.We use:Again, reliance on a coordinated and integrated team including the Cost Management consultant.And BIM allows us to make our documents fastidiously coordinated and accurate.The BIM model starts with the site and builds from there.The model is shared by all disciplines, and clash detection sessions are regularly scheduled throughout design and document production. We were early implementers of BIM in our industry and began with it 7 years ago.Quantity takeoffs are continuous, estimates revised all the time; major systems updates during design : mechanical &amp; electrical, structural, site, building envelopeAlso take a friendly approach to the constructor to clearly indicate we want him on our team to build a successful project for everyone involved.
