CAPITAL PROJECTS ACCOUNTANT Capital Projects Accountant is responsible for providing basic support to the Capital Projects Department and ensuring accurate and complete accumulation of financial data for financial reports; support senior accounting staff and mentor Administrative Assistants. Qualifications & Skills Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related financial field with 1-3 years of relevant work experience required Knowledge of computer based systems, generally accepted accounting principles and the ability to interpret and implement corporate policies and procedure s are essential. Essential Functions Assist Capital Project Accounting Manager with monthly accounting functions, including but not limited to month-end, quarter-end and year-end close and financial reporting, capital planning and AFE documentation, fixed asset accounting and operational cost analysis Prepare and process journal entries related to a variety of accounting tasks Analyze, interpret and reconcile information, such as balance sheet accounts, and capital asset Respond to a variety of internal and external request regarding accounts payable and accounting information. Prepare communication materials, analysis and supporting documentation for a variety of accounting inquiries .

SENIOR MINE ENGINEER This position will be responsible for carrying out a full range of engineering functions, including, but not limited to: development of an accurate mineral model, generation of mineable pit designs, analyzing equipment needs, managing multiple projects, creation of alternative mine plans and evaluations of various operational scenarios with the goal of maximizing revenue. Minimum Qualifications & Skill Requirements: Experience in open pit mine planning or project management with B.S. in Mine Engineering or equivalent experience desired Minimum of five years experience in a mining environment is preferred Thorough working knowledge and skills with a computer utilizing word processing and spreadsheet programs Experience in supervising personnel is preferred Must have strong verbal, writing, analytical and presentation skills Prior knowledge of equipment dispatch system(s) is preferred Experience with Minesight 3D and Xeras financial modeling a plus This position is currently working a day shift schedule Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver license Must be presently authorized to work in the United States

To design and develop mine engineering processes, practices and methodologies. 8. SENIOR RESOURCE MODELER Under the direction of the Chief Geologist, the Senior Geologist is responsible for mine geology and/or exploration duties as required. Key Areas of Responsibility & Duties: Database compilation. Site geology modeling. Block modeling. Grade estimation/interpolation. Document and report methods and results. Responsible to manage the Environmental Health and Safety Management system in his/her areas of responsibility. Minimum Qualifications & Skills: A Bachelor’s degree in geologic sciences is required. Must have at least five years experience in mine and/or exploration geology engaging in data analysis, compilation and 3D modeling Must possess advanced technical skills in geology and have knowledge of ore deposit models. Must be skilled in geologic and alteration mapping. Skilled in word processing and spreadsheet programs. Must have excellent Technical Writing skills. 10. CHIEF ENGINEER To lead the execution of the strategy for engineering and to ensure alignment with the organization’s overall strategy.
