The objectives of the department are the development of
research and teaching relating to the following issues:
• animal health, including the prevention, diagnosis and

15. OBIETTIVI (1/2)
• valorizzazione delle produzioni lattiero-casearie
dell’area transfrontaliera italo-svizzera attraverso la
caratterizzazione ed il rilancio delle produzioni
esistenti. La valorizzazione di tali produzioni,
connotate da una forte territorialità e legate
all’ambiente pedo-climatico alpino, è fondamentale
non solo per l’economia delle realtà produttive locali
ma anche per la salvaguardia dei pascoli e il
mantenimento dei varchi verdi.

16. Obiettivi (2/2)
• Il rinnovo delle produzione casearie tipiche,
inserite in filiere corte, attraverso un patto
d’area, rappresenterà un fattore essenziale di
rilancio nell’ottica non solo che della
sostenibilità di queste produzioni, ma anche
per l’associazione con altri comparti come
quelli turistici, enogastronomici e di
benessere.
