section helps you speak to making good credit
choices, the five C’s of credit, needs-based
solution recommendations and at-a-glance
overview of solutions
2. Individual credit solution tabs listed
alphabetically, with one tab each for
everything from auto loans to student
loans, provides clear and distinct talking
points on the front, and additional details
on the back to help you solve for your
customers’ credit needs and address
customer questions or concerns
3. A final “Credit protection” tab goes over
the built-in and optional protection services
available; be sure to flip to this tab when
discussing credit with your customers and be
sure to present all options to fit their credit
protection needs
Key points  Keep the flip book on display at your desk for quick access; consistently use it in your
credit conversations to help solve for your customers credit needs
 Use the book as a conversation starter to begin addressing your customers’ credit
