Profile
I am a determined, reliable, hardworking and conscientious person, able to work equally effectively
within a team and on my own initiative, and with demonstrable abilities at building, motivating,
developing and managing a team effort. With good communication skills and a personable, outgoing
and credible manner, I relate well to people at all levels and of all ages. I enjoy a challenge, set high
standards for my efforts and work hard to achieve demanding goals, both those set for me and that I
have set for myself. My leadership style is from the front, by example and persuasion rather than
confrontation, although I am able to maintain a suitable level of team discipline. Other strengthens
include; flexibility, adaptability and self-motivation, being able to gain new skills, a well-developed sense
of humour, loyalty and integrity. It is important that I feel I am able to make a significant personal
contribution to the achievements and growth of the company, and the team, of which I am part of.
