Deep
Breath
This
world’s
crazy
and
we’re
being
fed
toxicants
and
at
times
we
don’t
even
know
it
of
course.
As
we
walk
through
the
subways
in
New
York
City
which
many
were
subjected
to
unbeknownst
to
them
even
being
aware.
And
also
as
plain
and
clear
as
us
just
looking
up
in
the
air
and
seeing
these
planes
releasing
chemicals
all
we
have
to
do
is
take
a
deep
breath.
The
Artist
known
as
Prince
years
ago
did
something
that
made
the
record
industry
unhappy
he
literally
figured
it
out.
He
became
infamously
of
course
in
the
eyes
of
in
particularly
his
label
Warner
Brothers
publicly
began
speaking
about
how
the
industry
uses
artist
and
the
who
are
literally
basically
slaves.
And
of
course
Prince
began
to
where
the
letters
s-­‐l-­‐a-­‐v-­‐e
on
his
face
visually
for
all
to
see
and
as
well
consciously
refusing
to
recognize
himself
in
those
days
by
the
name
Prince
which
is
his
birth
name
by
way
Prince
Nelson
Rogers.
And
act
he
felt
needed
to
be
exercise
in
order
to
prove
his
solidarity
as
well
commitment
of
proving
to
music
conglomerates
that
he
was
absolutely
willing
to
loose
millions
of
dollars
in
order
to
remain
himself.

course
he
was
punished
and
the
industry
shunned
him
for
years
even
trying
for
years
to
seemingly
make
him
appear
as
a
villain
and
at
the
pick
of
his
popularity.
Which
quite
interestingly
was
simultaneously
happening
right
at
the
same
time
when
of
course
Michael
Jackson
allowed
the
same
powers
that
be
to
consume
everything
in
his
life
including
his
soul.
And
also
be
mindful
this
is
a
personal
observation
on
my
behalf
but
it
seems
interesting
that
each
and
every
time
someone
associated
with
the
entertainment
industry
that
is
very
high
profile
who
suddenly
has
an
epiphany
the
media
will
do
everything
to
tear
them
down
or
shut
them
down
for
good.
Years
ago
comedian
Dick
Gregory
at
the
peak
of
an
a
career
where
he
toured
and
was
a
featured
headlining
performer
for
the
who’s
who
in
Hollywood
and
very
much
so
in
popular
demand
in
Las
Vegas
as
well
dedicated
himself
to
civil
rights
and
human
rights
and
the
health
and
wellness
of
African
American
people.
For
years
he
was
trusted
counsel
to
the
Reverend
Dr.
Martin
Luther
King
and
his
image
which
was
regularly
on
the
Tonight
Show
with
Johnny
Carson
and
all
the
other
popular
mainstream
shows
suddenly
disappeared.
It
seems
as
if
when
one
develops
a
conscience
and
especially
tries
to
directly
and
genuinely
connect
with
the
African
American
people
in
particular
suddenly
they
become
a
villain.
But
the
great
thing
about
this
society
is
when
there
are
those
persistent
enough
it
will
conquer
even
The
Illuminati
I’ll
leave
this
word
for
another
feature
but
for
now
I
want
you
to
view
this
brief
segment
of
Prince
and
listen
carefully
to
the
subject.
Chemtrails
it’s
something
not
one
of
us
haven’t
wondered
about
at
least
one
time
or
another
and
for
those
who
especially
pay
particularly
close
attention
it’s
obvious
that
something
is
to
coincidental
with
behavior
at
times
in
urban
communities.
One
might
shake
there
head
and
call
it
a
conspiracy
theory
but
you
can
best
believe
you
won’t
be
seeing
people
like
Prince
Rogers
Nelson
on
a
television
where
he
can
speak
any
time
soon.

The
chemtrail
conspiracy
theory
posits
that
some
trails
left
by
aircraft
are
chemical
or
biological
agents
deliberately
sprayed
at
high
altitudes
for
purposes
undisclosed
to
the
general
public
in
clandestine
programs
directed
by
various
government
officials.
This
theory
is
not
accepted
by
the
scientific
community,
which
states
that
they
are
just
normal
contrails,
as
there
is
no
scientific
evidence
supporting
the
chemtrail
theory.
NOAA
publishes
a
list
of
silver
iodide
projects
and
the
companies
that
perform
the
atmospheric
releases.

Reporting
weather
modification
is
required
by
US
Federal
law.
There
is
no
scientific
evidence
silver
iodide
leads
to
chemtrails
in
the
sense
that
fire
would
produce
smoke
but
it
is
the
only
reported
weather
modification
of
significance.
Because
of
the
popularity
of
the
conspiracy
theory,
official
agencies
have
received
thousands
of
complaints
from
people
who
have
demanded
an
explanation.
The
existence
of
chemtrails
has
been
repeatedly
denied
by
scientists
around
the
world,
who
say
the
trails
are
normal
contrails.
The
United
States
Air
Force
states
that
the
theory
is
a
hoax
which
"has
been
investigated
and
refuted
by
many
established
and
accredited
universities,
scientific
organizations,
and
major
media
publications."
The
United
Kingdom's
Department
for
Environment,
Food
and
Rural
Affairs
has
stated
that
chemtrails
are
not
scientifically
recognized
phenomena.
The
term
chemtrail
is
a
combination
of
the
words
"chemical"
and
"trail,"
just
as
contrail
is
a
contraction
of
"condensation
trail."
The
term
does
not
refer
to
other
forms
of
aerial
spraying
such
as
agricultural
spraying
('crop
dusting'),
cloud
seeding,
skywriting,
or
aerial
firefighting.
The
term
specifically
refers
to
aerial
trails
allegedly
caused
by
the
systematic
high-­‐altitude
release
of
chemical
substances
not
found
in
ordinary
contrails,
resulting
in
the
appearance
of
characteristic
sky
tracks.
Supporters
of
this
conspiracy
theory
speculate
that
the
purpose
of
the
chemical
release
may
be
for
solar
radiation
management,
psychological
manipulation,
population
control,
weather
control,
or
biological
warfare/chemical
warfare
and
that
these
trails
are
causing
respiratory
illnesses
and
other
health
problems.
Overview
In
1996,
a
chemtrail
conspiracy
theory
began
to
circulate
when
the
United
States
Air
Force
(USAF)
was
accused
of
"spraying
the
US
population
with
mysterious
substances"
from
aircraft
"generating
unusual
contrail
patterns."
The
Air
Force
says
these
accusations
were
a
hoax
fueled
in
part
by
citations
to
a
strategy
paper
drafted
within
the
Air
Force's
Air
University
entitled
Weather
as
a
Force
Multiplier:
Owning
the
Weather
in
2025.
The
paper
was
presented
in
response
to
a
military
directive
to
outline
a
future
strategic
weather
modification
system
for
the
purpose
of
maintaining
the
United
States'
military
dominance
in
the
year
2025,
and
identified
as
"fictional
representations
of
future
situations/scenarios."
The
Air
Force
further
clarified
that
the
paper
"does
not
reflect
current
military
policy,
practice,
or
capability,"
and
that
it
is
"not
conducting
any
weather
modification
experiments
or
programs
and
has
no
plans
to
do
so
in
the
future."
Additionally,
the
Air
Force
states
that
the
"'Chemtrail'
hoax
has
been
investigated
and
refuted
by
many
established
and
accredited
universities,
scientific
organizations,
and
major
media
publications."
In
Britain,
when
the
Secretary
of
State
for
Environment,
Food
and
Rural
Affairs
was
asked
"what
research
her
Department
has
undertaken
into
the
polluting
effects
of
chemtrails
for
aircraft",
the
response
was
that
"the
Department
is
not
researching
into
chemtrails
from
aircraft
as
they
are
not
scientifically
recognised
phenomena,"

and
that
work
was
being
conducted
to
understand
"how
contrails
are
formed
and
what
effects
they
have
on
the
atmosphere."
In
a
response
to
a
petition
by
concerned
Canadian
citizens
regarding
"chemicals
used
in
aerial
sprayings
are
adversely
affecting
the
health
of
Canadians,"
the
Government
House
Leader
responded
by
stating,
"There
is
no
substantiated
evidence,
scientific
or
otherwise,
to
support
the
allegation
that
there
is
high
altitude
spraying
conducted
in
Canadian
airspace.
The
term
'chemtrails'
is
a
popularised
expression,
and
there
is
no
scientific
evidence
to
support
their
existence."
The
house
leader
goes
on
to
say
that
"it
is
our
belief
that
the
petitioners
are
seeing
regular
airplane
condensation
trails,
or
contrails."
Various
versions
of
the
chemtrail
conspiracy
theory
have
circulated
through
Internet
websites
and
radio
programs.
In
some
of
the
accounts,
the
chemicals
are
described
as
barium
and
aluminum
salts,
polymer
fibers,
thorium,
or
silicon
carbide.
In
other
accounts
it
is
alleged
the
skies
are
being
seeded
with
electrically
conductive
materials
as
part
of
a
massive
electromagnetic
superweapons
program
based
around
the
High
Frequency
Active
Auroral
Research
Program
(HAARP).
Those
who
believe
in
the
conspiracy
say
the
chemtrails
are
toxic,
but
the
reasons
given
by
those
who
believe
in
the
conspiracy
vary
widely,
spanning
from
military
weapons
testing,
chemical
population
control,
to
global
warming
mitigation
measures.
Scientists
and
federal
agencies
have
consistently
denied
that
chemtrails
exist,
insisting
the
sky
tracks
are
simply
persistent
contrails.
As
the
chemtrail
conspiracy
theory
spread,
federal
officials
were
flooded
with
angry
calls
and
letters.
A
multi-­‐agency
response
to
dispel
the
rumors
was
published
in
a
2000
fact
sheet
by
the
Environmental
Protection
Agency
(EPA),
the
Federal
Aviation
Administration
(FAA),
the
National
Aeronautics
and
Space
Administration
(NASA)
and
the
National
Oceanic
and
Atmospheric
Administration
(NOAA),
a
step
many
chemtrail
believers
have
interpreted
as
further
evidence
of
the
existence
of
a
government
cover-­‐up.
Proponents
of
the
chemtrail
conspiracy
theory
say
that
chemtrails
can
be
distinguished
from
contrails
by
their
long
duration,
asserting
that
the
chemtrails
are
those
trails
left
by
aircraft
that
persist
for
as
much
as
a
half
day
or
transform
into
cirrus-­‐like
clouds.
In
2001,
US
Congressman
Dennis
Kucinich
introduced
H.R.
2977
(107th)
Space
Preservation
Act
of
2001
that
would
have
permanently
prohibited
the
basing
of
weapons
in
space,
listing
chemtrails
as
one
of
a
number
of
"exotic
weapons"
that
would
be
banned."
Proponents
have
interpreted
this
explicit
reference
to
chemtrails
as
official
government
acknowledgment
of
their
existence.
Skeptics
note
that
the
bill
in
question
also
mentions
"extraterrestrial
weapons"
and
"environmental,
climate,
or
tectonic
weapons."
The
bill
received
an
unfavorable
evaluation
from
the
United
States
Department
of
Defense
and
died
in
committee,
with
no
mention
of
chemtrails
appearing
in
the
text
of
any
of
the
three
subsequent
failed
attempts
by
Kucinich
to
enact
a
Space
Preservation
Act.

Contrails
vs
chemtrails
Contrails,
or
condensation
trails,
are
"streaks
of
condensed
water
vapor
created
in
the
air
by
an
airplane
or
rocket
at
high
altitudes."
These
condensation
trails
are
the
result
of
normal
emissions
of
water
vapor
from
piston
engines
and
jet
engines
at
high
altitudes
in
which
the
water
vapor
condenses
into
a
visible
cloud.
Contrails
are
formed
when
hot
humid
air
from
the
engines
mixes
with
the
colder
surrounding
air.
The
rate
at
which
contrails
dissipate
is
entirely
dependent
on
weather
conditions
and
altitude.
If
the
atmosphere
is
near
saturation,
the
contrail
may
exist
for
some
time.
Conversely,
if
the
atmosphere
is
dry,
the
contrail
will
dissipate
quickly.
It
is
well
established
by
atmospheric
scientists
that
contrails
can
not
only
persist
for
hours,
but
it
is
a
perfectly
normal
characteristic
for
them
to
spread
out
into
cirrus
sheets.
The
different
sized
ice
crystal
in
contrails
descend
at
different
rates,
which
spreads
the
contrail
vertically.
Then
the
differential
in
wind
speeds
between
altitudes
(wind
shear)
results
in
the
spreading
of
the
contrail
across
many
miles
in
the
sky.
This
mechanism
is
similar
to
the
formation
of
cirrus
uncinus
clouds.
Contrails
between
25,000
and
40,000
feet
can
often
merge
into
an
"almost
solid"
interlaced
sheet.
Contrails
can
have
a
lateral
spread
of
several
kilometers,
and
given
sufficient
air
traffic
it
is
possible
for
contrails
to
create
an
entirely
overcast
sky
which
increases
the
ice
budget
of
individual
contrails
and
persists
for
hours.

term
"chemtrails",
coming
from
the
words
"chemical
trails"
in
the
same
fashion
that
the
term
"contrail"
comes
from
the
words
"condensation
trail,"
is
a
term
coined
to
suggest
that
contrails
are
formed
by
something
other

a
natural
process
of
engine
exhaust
hitting
the
cold
air
in
the
atmosphere.
Proponents
of
the
theory
of
the
existence
of
chemtrails
characterize
these
phenomena
as
streams
that
persist
for
hours
and
that,
with
their
criss-­‐cross,
grid-­‐like
or
parallel
stripe
patterns,
eventually
blend

form
large
clouds.
Proponents
view
the
presence
of
visible
color
spectra
in
the
streams,
unusual
concentrations
of
sky
tracks

single
area,

lingering
tracks
left

unmarked
or
military
airplanes
flying
at
atypical
altitudes

locations

markers
of
chemtrails.
Experts
on
atmospheric
phenomena
deny
the
existence
of
chemtrails,
asserting

characteristics
attributed
to
them

simply
features
of
contrails
responding
differently
in
diverse
conditions

the
sunlight,

horizontal
and
vertical
wind

and

at
the
aircraft's

that
what
appears

patterns
such

grids
formed
by
contrails
result
from
increased
air
traffic
traveling

the
gridlike
United

Airspace
System's
north-­‐south

east-­‐west
oriented
flight
lanes,

that
it
is
difficult
for
observers
to
judge
the
differences
in
altitudes
between
these
contrails
from
the
ground.

produced

NASA,
the
EPA,
the
FAA,
and
NOAA
in
2000
in
response
to
alarms
over
chemtrails
details
the
science
of
contrail
formation,
and
outlines
both
the
known
and
potential
impacts
contrails

temperature

climate.
The
USAF
produced
a
fact
sheet
as
well
that
described
these
contrail
phenomena
as
observed
and
analyzed
since
at
least
1953.
It
also
rebutted
chemtrail
theories
more
directly
by
identifying
the
theories
as
a
hoax
and
denying
the
existence
of
chemtrails.
Patrick
Minnis,
an
atmospheric
scientist
with
NASA's
Langley
Research
Center
in
Hampton,
Virginia,
is
quoted
in
USA
Today
as
saying
that
logic
is
not
exactly
a
real
selling
point
for
most
chemtrail
proponents:
"If
you
try
to
pin
these
people
down
and
refute
things,
it's,
'Well,
you're
just
part
of
the
conspiracy',"

said.

The
times
coming
where
these
artist
and
will
need
to
make
a
conscious
decision
because
basically
whether
one
is
in
agreement
or
not
they’re
being
used
to
inject
messages
into
this
society.
And
some
of
them
are
well
aware
they
have
the
strength
to
speak
to
a
collective
group
of
people
quite
possibly
to
safe
them.
When
I
was
a
kid
I
remember
James
Brown
doing
a
concert
in
Boston
at
the
peak
of
rioting
throughout
the
country.
On
April
5th
1968
when
maybe
some
excited
kids
jumped
on
the
stage
and
were
pushed
off
the
stage
right
in
front
of
Brown
he
stopped
the
music
and
controlled
the
situation
himself.
High
profile
artist
talking
about
boycotting
certain
states
is
all
well
and
good
but
at
the
end
of
the
day
they’ll
still
trying
to
get
a
check
cut
and
it’s
time
people
began
to
think
realistically.

should
I
say
it’s
about
time
that
all
of
us
in
particularly
African
Americans
took
some
time
to
take
a
deep
breath.
