 5’10” and 180 lbs.
 Brown hair
 Brown eyes

3. WANTED
 Wanted in Rutherford County for one count
of aggravated burglary
 Wanted in Davidson County for aggravated
kidnapping, carjacking, evading arrest, failure
to appear and two counts of violating
community corrections

4. Allegations
 On July 5, 2013, Tate and another individual
committed an aggravated burglary at a
LaVergne residence and fled in a vehicle
 LaVergne Police attempted to stop the vehicle
and one subject got out of the car and was
arrested
 Tate fled in the car, brandishing a firearm and
nearly striking a police officer
 Officers opened fire and may Tate may have
been hit

5. Allegations
 On July 8, 2013, MNPD spotted Tate in a
parking lot when he jumped in a 2012 red Ford
Escape Tennessee tag PYITFWD
 He forced the victim to pull over and pushed her
out of the vehicle
 The victim was not injured

6. Criminal history
 Tate is a convicted felon with a criminal history
that includes assault, aggravated burglary,
aggravated assault with a deadly weapon,
vandalism, trespassing, illegal weapons charges,
theft of property and probation violation
 In February 2013, Tate was charged with
homicide for shooting a man in Nashville during a
robbery
 He was out on bond when he committed a
burglary and during a pursuit with police removed

 Tate is a black male with black hair and brown
eyes
 He is 5’10” and weighs approximately 180 lbs.
 He was last seen in a red Ford escape like this
one
