 On June 22, 2013 Shaw and another
individual forced entry into a Plaza 231 Inn
motel room on Cumberland street and
demanded money from the occupant
 The robbers hit the victim in the head with a
handgun and took his wallet, $350 cash and
prescription pills
 The victim identified Shaw as one of the
suspects

includes attempted murder, aggravated
burglary, aggravated robbery, carjacking,
resisting arrest, assaulting a police officer,
criminal trespassing, vandalism, evading
