4. Allegations
 On May 19, 2011, Blair and three other co-
defendants kidnapped 45-year-old Lisa Young,
shot her in the back and left her body near Bull
Run Road and Highway 370 in Union County
 Crime occurred because of drugs
 Two of those co-defendants were placed on
the TBI Top Ten Most Wanted list when
warrants were taken out for their arrests in
June of 2011
 They have since been captured and sentenced
