 On June 9, 2013, Blackwell was babysitting a
four-month-old baby at a residence in Pulaski
 When the infant’s mother returned home,
she noticed signs of trauma later determined
to be injuries suffered from sexual abuse
 The victim underwent surgery at Vanderbilt
Children’s Hospital to repair the injuries

 Blackwell has a tattoo on his right arm and a
criminal history out of Pulaski and Maury
County
 He has been arrested for DUI, evading arrest,
public intoxication, vandalism, reckless driving,
traffic and noise violations
 Law enforcement believes he is in the Pulaski
or Huntsville area
