2. Welcome to experience Team Academy
Team Academy is the special unit of entrepreneurship within
Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences where entrepreneurship is
created by combining the worlds of business and education. We
have been recognised as the top unit of education in Finland and
our innovative learning methods have expanded to various locations
in Europe.

3. At Team Academy everyone makes great

Over many years we have hosted teachers, professors,
entrepreneurs and other professionals who have been keen on
developing their working environments or non-profit organisations.

4. What is The Learning Expedition?
The Learning Expedition is an intense 3-day journey which
familiarises you with the learning and coaching methods used
in Team Academy. During the program you will personally
experience this unique learning environment and gain insight
on learning by doing, building a community, a learning
organisation and leadership to start with.
