2. KEY CLIENT ACHIEVEMENTS
• Re-organisation / Streamline of Clorox US’s Latin American subsidiaries. Increased product
supply from manufacturing to distribution channels in terms of both volume and quality.
Company wide rightsizing. Operating costs down by $15 million and working capital
requirements by $20 million and improved productivity by 15%. Led team of 30.
• South African Airways.Significant organisational and process change across the airline’s
operations over a three-year period. The work began in the technical division, extended into
ground operations and culminated in a customer service improvement project. Substantially
improved productivity by 20% and generated increased maintenance capacity for 30m rand
of new business volume through third party contracts. Managed team of 40
• Designed and managed an innovative program to improve productivity across the
manufacturing division of MD Foods PLC now Arla Foods. Totally re-organized the
organizational structure and facilitated attitudinal and cultural change at all levels. This
resulted in significant savings of £5.5 million per annum and established the foundations for
ongoing, sustained cost and productivity improvements. Team of 10
• Directed a back office improvement initiative for Total Oil, UK and Germany. This led to
headcount reduction of around 15 % in Berlin and Dusseldorf. This work involved right sizing
of re-designed work processes and system changes at a departmental level and introduction

• Rationalization of seven manufacturing sites for Klochner Pentaplast , Virginia / Tennessee ,

• Supply chain improvements for Invensys Controls PLC, US. Thirty-person project with
mission of rationalising the companies supply chain and improving Sales. Conducted all
executive development streamlined.15 % headcount reduction in one year across all levels
