I was one of two founding Partners of Jackson Howes with three offices (Beaconsfield, Penn &
Flackwell Heath) managing 8 members of staff both full and part-time.
My responsibilities included:
• Carrying out valuations for sales and rental properties. Accompanying viewings and
negotiating sales and rentals. Monitoring sales progress from agreement to completion.
• Preparation of sales and lettings invoices. Controlling debtors and ensuring prompt payment
of invoices.
• Dealing with the majority of the company's IT issues including networks, setting up hardware
and solving various software issues.
• Registered as the company’s money laundering officer. Ensuring that all sales and lettings
operations are carried out in accordance with OEA code of conduct. I have been a member
of ARLA since 2005.
• Responsible for the submission of the annual ARLA Bye-law 3 accountant's report. Ensuring
registration and compliance with NFOPP client money protection regulation.
• Overseeing the operations of the sales and lettings department. Setting budgets and targets
for both departments and monitoring results. Chairing a weekly sales/lettings
