VP General Manager
Toronto – Media Agency
You will lead the expansion of the revenue and services, and be responsible for profitability.
You will inspire, lead, and manage the team of 50+ colleagues. You will steward clients,
immerse yourself into their businesses. You will be the face of the agency at relevant
business events, and be expected to increase the agency’s visibility and the awareness of
our clients within the Canadian market.

Profile
• Proven history in digital, technology, more recently in a senior management position including
client services, strategy, and financial management
• At least 10 plus years of agency management experience
• Experience in engaging, building and managing relationships with large corporations at C – level
• In depth account management experience, with a successful track record
• Knowledge of project delivery, best practice and KPIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Result-oriented, focused on permanent organizational improvements to adapt to market changes
• Ability to be efficient and productive under pressure
• University degree
• Contagious enthusiasm and energy
• Strong business acumen
• Business development expertise
