STARTER PACKS DUNDEE:
• is a recognised voluntary charity responding positively
to help the homeless and needy in the Dundee area.
4. What we do…
• Provide previously homeless people who have recently
been rehoused with basic household goods
• Help them sustain their tenancy
• Raise awareness of community issues
5. Our Purpose…
• To encourage the Churches to
respond directly to problems of
poverty in the Dundee area
• To foster a partnership
approach bringing the Churches
and other Agencies together
6. Our Aims…
• To assist the individuals and families who have been referred to
us as they prepare to take on a tenancy
• To help them to sustain their tenancy
• To provide the community with the opportunity to respond to
homelessness in Dundee
• To foster a partnership bringing agencies together to work
alongside the user group and wider community
• To raise awareness of the problems needy and homeless people
face in the community

The only criteria for the
receipt of a Starter Pack is
need.
