My name is Stan Logue, I am an experienced professional, and I am currently working as a
production manager for Direct-Build, (a high end remodeling firm) since November 2014. I am
currently seeking a new opportunity as a project manager/superintendent. My most recent position
was working with CIVE Consulting Inc., an engineering firm based out of Houston Texas, as a Sr.
Telecom Structural/Mods project manager since Oct. 2011. Due to a downturn in workflow for
CIVE, I was laid off in July of 2014. Three years prior to CIVE I worked as a structural /mods project
manager with Nsoro/Mastec. During that time I acquired much knowledge and understanding of
the structural analysis of cell towers and additional service deliverable processes. I promptly
educated myself to a new career in telecom, applied my previous construction management skills
and excelled in all areas required by the structural department to insure timely deliverables. Please

After a lifetime of managing a successful family owned construction business, shifts in the
economic community in late 2008 led me to search out new career opportunities that would allow
me to utilize my business and project management skills. I was afforded an opportunity at Nsoro

 Responsible for cost, quality and schedule for assigned projects included for work
performed by internal staff, resources, and external vendors for wireless infrastructure
projects for new site build and modifications to existing facilities. This position reports to
the senior program manager for the geographic market and requires the ability to
understand, train and enforce the company quality program, processes and
standards.
 Management of the inspection and acceptance work performed by vendors and
company resources including the quality of engineering documents, and other

client database and document control systems.

projects.

Twenty five years of experience in job costing, bid processes, contract administration and subsequent
coordination of third party services, with on site supervision, inspection, and documentation. Project
managed multiple construction projects for multiple clients concurrently. Transitioned company to
residential design/build and remodeling. Estimator/Contract liaison to customer and sub-contractor,
including additional custom build-out and design firms. Provided services, material management, cost
budgeting, direct customer service support and warrantee. `
