8. FINDINGS
• Accessories proved to be a better selling product with a sell-through of
94%.
• BEST SELLING CATEGORY among products would be the HANDBAGS as
they have contributed highest to the Sales month on month.
• Stock on Hand shows negative for certain products under Accessories
Handbags and SLG’s, which shows the requirement of more stock
considering their demand.
• RTW ( Jackets & Swimwear) have recorded lowest sales therefore the
inventory purchases need to be reduced.
• The growing upward trend line from the quantity of stock shows smooth
flow of inventory.
• Note that this is yearly stock receivd versus sales ,opening stock is not
