Make your resume interactive. Photos add personality. Videos make the reader connect with your “brand”. Tell the employer WHY you’re best for the job; Describe VALUE you can bring. You will stand out!

LinkedIn – a social media platform for PROFESSIONAL networking. Don’t just create a LinkedIn profile, but engage in it.
Twitter – Follow your interests. Get instant updates from your friends, industry experts, favorite celebrities, and what’s happening around the world.
Facebook – connect and share with the people in your life. That line between social and professional gets blurry and I'm not sure how, and when, you should draw it, especially when you're job searching.
Be an “open book” with your professional thoughts and desires.
