DocuShare is an Enterprise Content Management application. This application is coded on Java
platform with a backend database (MSSQL2008 or Oracle 11g2 or PostgreSQL) and runs on a
server which is either a Windows Server (2003/2008/2012) or on a Linux server (RHEL 4/5).
Docushare is highly customizable and can be integrated with SharePoint.
Being a Level 3 and part of escalations team my major area of expertise is as follows:

Worked for BMC tool, BPPM. BMC ProactiveNetPerformance Manager is an integrated platform
that combines event management and data analytics (including baselines, abnormality
detection, and Root Cause Analysis algorithms) in a single seamless solution. BPPM, BMC
ProactiveNet Performance Manager is a tool used to manage and monitor alerts in coordination
with Change Management and Incident Management.
I was involved in moving the current BPPM standalone setup to High Availability/Disaster
Recovery Setup using Microsoft Cluster Service. Migration of PNet Agents to Patrol Agents.
Create rules. Worked on BMC Remedy Administration which involves designing, development
