An online talk show where Shelly
prepared the schedule, compiled a team
including makeup, camera men, audio,
hair styling, set design, and all other
aspects needed when fulfilling a
production.

Handling bookings for Tokyo Vanity, asocial media
sensation from NewOrleans, hasequipped Shelly with
more than expertise schedulingskills.
Along with developing impeccable time management
skills, the interaction with individuals from all over the

6. Legends of Winter Concert
The Legends of Winter concert, took place
January 18, 2015, 7:00PM to 11:00PM in
downtown Atlanta and brought out 300 people
to enjoy an intimate performance from YFN
Lucci, MoneyMakin’ Nique, and Johnny Cinco.
As stage/event manager, Shelly worked directly
with venue staff, artist, DJs, security, and
sound to ensure a successful show. Shelly
created an effective run of show that provided
clear and concise directions for all parties
involved.
Skills included document creation (not limited
to run of show, budget reports to ensure
promoter stayed in parameters set), scheduling
(not limited to breaking down and setup, DJ set
switching, artist set time), guest servicing (not
limited to VIP guests accommodations, greeting
guest, ticket issues, giveaways)

For Shelly’s 25th Birthday Celebration she
planned a destination trip to Runaway Bay,
Jamaica for her and 24 of her friends from all
over the US.
She begin preparation for the late August trip in
January to ensure enough planning time for
passports, flights, payments, and additional
aspects.
Shelly researched the best resorts and villas
feasible for the large group finding a great villa
to accommodate such a large group. Shelly
worked directly with the villa owner, house
manager, and staff to organize transportation,
sleeping accommodations, activities, and an all
white Birthday dinner.
Skills included research (not limited to locating
international lodging flight/transportation
accommodations, activities available), event
planning (not limited to menu selection &
grocery shopping, décor, theme), scheduling/
time management and email/phone follow up
(not limited to venue payment schedule, daily
itineraries for all guest and ensuring guests
