Existing   System Generally, each Database vendor provides an appropriate interface or editor to work with that database. Each editor has its own procedures to interact with the database. A user is required to understand and master the specifics of each editor.

IMPORT & EXPORT ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
SCREENS First choose the type of database you connect
Select choice 1 that connects to the ACCESS DATABASE
Click EXPORT to enter the database name
Aftre EXPORT select IMPORT,then give the file name i.e “Temp.dat”
If you select option 2 then it will show dialog box containing userid, password and host (server) of the Oracle Database
After Connecting to the Oracle Database menu display all the tables and columns for a each table.
From the file menu select Export ,Which will prompt you to enter Table Name to export to file named ‘tablename.dat’.
To Import database which is export with name ‘tablename.dat’ you have to choose import form  file menu, which prompts you enter the file name (eg; ‘tablename.dat’).
Select Option 3 to Connect to SQL Server.Which prompts you to enter  username, password and datasource name. Clicks connect to SQL Server
After Connecting to the SQL Server Database menu display all the tables and columns for a each table.
From the file menu select Export ,Which will prompt you to enter Table Name to export to file named ‘tablename.dat’
To Import database which is export with name ‘tablename.dat’ you have to choose import form  file menu, which prompts you enter the file name (eg; ‘tablename.dat’).
