o Ethical Auditing of enlisted 15 factories according to Bangladesh Labor Law, BEPZA, ETI Base
code, BSCI, ILO Conventions, Bangladesh Fire Resistance and Extinguish Act 2003, BNBC, NFPA
& ACCORD.
o Responsible to continue liaison with OTL(UK) office & upgrade them by providing Compliance
related information.
o Advisory services and prepare factories for social compliances and audits by SEDEX, BSCI &
Social Compliance Audit by third party (Elevate, TUV, ITS, BV)
o ACCORD follow up in twice /once in a month in each factory according to the gravity of
ACCORD report.
o Organize and facilitate trainings and workshops for mid level factory management on various
compliance issues.

o Responsible to assist factories to implement CAP of auditors certain minor or major findings
during audit
o Prepare CAP to share with compliance department of OTL (UK office)
o Visit potential vendors for Aldi (UK) and report to the FOB management.
o Facilitate all factories for the compliance updates as per BLL'06, ETI Base code and COC of
BSCI.
o Monitoring FOB staffs attendance, OT, holiday, Leave and to report accordingly.
o Prepare salary sheet , recruitment & selection as per set of FOB recruitment & selection policy
& procedure
o Taking disciplinary action against any FOB staff as per existing law , if require.

Social compliance, security & environmental standards or regulations.
o Maintain effective and professional relationships with Target and or TSS manufacturers and
vendors.
o Arrange training of factory employee on compliance related topics, policies or procedures.
o Prepare management reports based on progress analysis and compliance
