● Reviewed card member’s accounts for possible fraudulent activity. Assess and resolve
fraudulent activity.
● Analyzed accounts to determine if there is suspicious activity and determine if the callers
are possible frauds.
● Caught any fraudulent activity at the earliest stages (ex. Fraudulent application, Account
take over, stolen account numbers, identity fraud. etc.) to save the card members and
the bank from any hassles and loses.
● Verified card member’s identity to the accounts they claim to be their own.
● Investigate to find true information when an account has information that isn't valid within
our government database.
● Verified social security numbers to the card member.
● Reviewed credit bureau reports for possible fraudulent activity, trends, past credit and
address history.
● Caught frauds in the act when they are committing identity fraud.
● Verified transactions to be valid or fraud with the card member.
● Dealt with account compromises and close them if need be.
● Processed security closures on accounts to provide card member with new account
numbers to stop the past fraudulent activity
● Provided customers a remarkable experience when they deal with us because speaking
with the Fraud Dept. may not always be a calm situation in some instances
● Assessed and work accounts make calls to our card members and take calls from them
as well.
● Review credit applications to assess if they are valid, and if fraud, decline the
applications

Extra Qualifications:
Part of CAT (Culture awareness team): I am the backup for my team and my objectives
are to boost the morale of my team, keep the spirit going. Help out the CAT champ with
organizing department events, decorations, and contests. Sending out team emails notifying my
team of what activity is going on for the week or event of the month.
Floor walking: I have been specially selected to go into training classrooms when new
hires get the chance to do on the job training, to help them out in answering any questions they
have about certain situations within the job and to find the documents in our procedures backing
up the answers I provide them. As well I floor walked for the first Costco class when they
graduated from training for their first official week out on the floor. I’ve received a galaxy of
