Cashflow Budgets in
Sybiz Vision.
2. Let's start from the beginning and show you how to export the Chart of Accounts list with pre-populated data
to create your new set of budgets.
From the Menu area, click Utilities then Budget Wizard Import/Export.

4. Select Export budgets to MS Excel option, click on the ellipses (3 dots) to create the excel
file and tick the option to Open spreadsheet after export. Then click Next.
5. Select the year that contains the budget information in the system to export to Excel.
Using the sort code drop down you can filter which type of accounts to export.
6. Select the type of pre-populated data you want to fill in the spreadsheet
7. Click the Finish button to close
the screen.

is now ready to start creating
your new set of Budget figures.

have updated the budget figures you are ready to import
them into the system.
9. From the Menu area, click Utilities then Budget Wizard Import/Export.

11. Select the Import budgets from MS Excel option then click on the ellipses (3 dots) and
select your Excel file.
12. Select with year the budget information needs to be populated then click next.

14. And there you have it, a quick and easy way to update your Chart of
Accounts Budgets in Sybiz Vision.
