All the information about the non profit championship held from 29th November to 1st December, at Pula Golf, Mallorca. The well known sport stars, Rafa Nadal and Jose María Olazábal, organized it to raise money for good causes and to help those in need.

Two Sport Stars, both Prince of Asturias Award Recipients,
together in a charity golf tournament.
THE MISSION:
To raise money for good causes and to help those in
need. To offer amateur participants a once in a
lifetime experience with Rafa Nadal, José María
Olazábal, and other pros.

The tournament was held from 29th November to
1st December, at Pula Golf, Mallorca. The golf
course has previously been a regular host venue
of European Tour tournament and was
furthermore re-designed by José María Olazábal.
It is also the golf course where Rafa Nadal enjoys
his golf when he is at home.
36 Hole Pro-Am: Fourball with the 2 best balls
per hole counting.
Per day, the three best net scores from each team
count towards the Team ranking.
Additionally, an individual team competition for
best individual group.

1999) as well as 30 tournament titles worldwide. Seven times Ryder Cup player with
four victories in the years 1987, 1989, 1997 and 2006. Together with Severiano
Ballesteros he formed the most successful Ryder Cup partnership in its history. He
captained the European Team during the 2012 edition in Chicago and accomplished one
of the greatest comeback victories ever in sports known as the “Miracle of Medinah”.
He is a member of the World Golf Hall of Fame and, most recently in 2013, recipient of
the Prince of Asturias Award.

The two charity foundations of the two sport stars
support those more disadvantaged in our society.
Sport Mundi will donate the proceeds of the event to the Rare Diseases
Association to help further investigations and those people affected.
Fundación RafaNadal will donate the proceeds to the project “More than
tennis” focused on sports and tennis promotion for young people with
intellectual disabilities.
Sport Mundi, presided by José María Olazábal, follows the objective to achieve greater
solidarity in society through sports values.
Fundación RafaNadal aims to offer a better lifestyle to young people all over the world to
whom sport opens a new door towards hope.
