Present. Direct all operations, including business development, HR, recruiting, training, licensing,

training. After proving success in training a team of 2,500 new sales agent hires, asked by the
Vice Chairman to take over training of all staff enterprise wide. Developed and led training for
sales, operations and back office professionals. Met or exceeded all performance objectives,
beating KPIs for core competencies, revenue, profits and customer satisfaction.
Launched successful new divisions. QS2 was looking for new ways to grow and diversify.
Tapped by top leadership to help develop and build several new lines of business, including
auto, homeowners, life and health. Created a business model focused on one-stop-shopping
and superior service, significantly differentiating the firm in crowded competitive market.
Innovated new cross-selling approaches, generating valuable opportunities and potent

Led training for a new line of business. Looking for untapped opportunities to grow revenues
and market share, Nations Financial Services planned to enter the lucrative and expanding
reverse mortgage segment. Assembled, trained and cultivated a core team of product
specialists. Developed training to ensure compliance with all lender, HUD, FHA and other
regulatory compliance requirement. Achieved a 100% complaint-free record in a market
segment known for consumer problems.
Sr. Marketing/Operations Manager, World Financial Group (WFG), 2010-2013. Recruited to directed all
facets of a marketing, recruiting, HR, training and compliance. Key contributions:
Ramped up capacity while improving quality. Rapid growth strained staffing, training,
systems and compliance at WFG. Led a program to recruit, train and mentor 350 new sales,
marketing and back office professionals across 30 locations nationwide. Leveraging live
seminars, weekly conference calls and other advanced training tools, quickly drove the new
staff to achieve core competencies and 100% corporate and regulatory compliances. Drove the
team to attain a top ten performance ranking company-wide in only six months.
Directed a successful onboarding & licensing program. WFG needed to onboard 300+ new
agents. Managed all phases of the project, including applications, training and testing. Obtained
license transfers for new hires with existing credentials and supported success licensing of
promising staff new to the industry. Ensured full compliance with all state and corporate
compliance requirements. Completed the program far ahead of all other teams at WFG.

Established & promoted Best Practices. To ensure regulatory compliance and best-in-class
levels of customer service and retention, WFG needed standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Developed rigorous, standards, practices and procedures for everything from underwriting,
sales, commissions and client onboarding to follow ups and thanks. Conducted regular audits
and status meetings to track performance. Achieved 100% compliance with all standards.
Global Talent Consultant/Project Manager, Nations Group USA, 2008-2010. Recruited to lead talent
acquisition and training for a major systems, automation and business process improvement program for
an international banking firm. Achievements include:
Planned and led a major change management project. Engaged by Nations Group to direct
a migration for the government of Guyana from an aging UK banking platform to new enterprise
solution. Worked closely with officials from the Finance and Labor Ministries, as well as the
national reserve bank to configure and implement the platform. Managed all talent recruitment
and training. Successfully delivered the project ahead of schedule and under budget.
VP Organizational Development, Nations Financial Services (NFS), 2001-2008. Recruited to direct all
training, licensing, coaching and compliance for a fast-growing national mortgage lender. Achievements:
Managed training, licensing & compliance. Nations Financial Services needed to integrate a
growing sales force of 6,000+ agents across the US. Led licensing of all new hires in relevant
jurisdictions. Directed training and coaching on corporate and regulatory compliance. Ensured
100% adherence to company and government requirements.
Negotiated profitable strategic alliances. To grow its mortgage business, Nations Financial
Services need to enlist new lending partners. Successfully negotiated correspondent lending
partnerships with Chase, Wells Fargo, National City, Country Wide, Nations Bank, Citibank,
Bank United, SunTrust and others. Dramatically expanded product offerings, contributed to 25%
year-over-year growth, ultimately achieving $50M in annual loan volume.
Designed a structure & systems to fuel growth. Recruited to lead organizational
development at NFS. Created systems, processes and a hierarchical organizational design to
maximize the performance of 10,000 loan officers across the US. Established robust policies
and procedures for both in-house and thousands of third-party correspondent lending partners.
Positioned the firm to achieve 20-25% year-over-year growth while ensuring transparency and
