Develops business consulting, strategic activity and investment, as well as consulting in processes
and procedures for services companies, as individual independent businesswoman at the service
of companies and entities (public and non profit), especially of SME's. She assumed the execution
of 28 Projects that applied in this period for Portugal 2020 Funds (EU and OGE). Those projects
involved an Investment over 7.000.000,00 Euros and the financing funds were over 4.000.000,00
Euros, of which 35% are allocated at no cost and 65% repayable without interest and the
possibility of forgiveness of 50 % of the debt as good performance bonus.

to 58 applications, that she performed with the help of junior consultant, to funds in the various
measures to support employment and investment - more than 5.700.000,00 Euros of Investment

Assumed, by the absence of responsible, the direction of Department of investment projects and
economic studies, having developed over this period more than 10 business investment projects
under the incentive Systems of the EU Funding Programs in different measures, as well as the
monitoring and closure of several projects in terms of applications for reimbursement and
certification of expenditure as well as reports of accomplishment and closure (deviations). Held
various economic and financial feasibility studies for some companies. Held Global Diagnostics
and defined plan of action for some small companies in the region, within the framework of
project of training-consultancy action, SME Training. Developed a few projects of collective
actions and joint projects for some associations, candidates also measures the EU Funding
Programs, with relevant economic and social impact in the region. The Investment projects
totalized more than 10.000.000,00 € of investment with financing medium rates of 65%, no

number of micro companies in the municipality of Montalegre, implementing the proposed
measures for the economic and Financial management, within the framework of training project-

to third parties by that group. In the first four years of collaboration, the training Department was
exponential growth having reached in 2000 about of 22800 hours of training provided in
industries, essentially from textile sector. In addition to the responsibility for the development
of needs analysis and execution management, both as financial, pedagogical training plans in
industrial enterprises, held several processes of selection and recruitment of technical staff to
meet the needs of managers in various customers. Developed its activity at the level of Global
Diagnostics and strategy Studies and investment Projects, having integrated the work teams for

this Portuguese subsidiary of Verisign Inc., a world leader in the provision of security services on
the Net. Until June 2001 he led the process of Constitution of the team in Guimarães and
Lisbon. He was responsible for the definition of organizational structure and elaboration of
descriptive functions, defined and prepared the plan of training necessary to start up the
company and implemented the initial phases of the Project Plan in the area of Costumer Support
Service. Attend to the Commercial European affiliate Seminar held in London in September 2000
(3 days), and was part of the project team present at the Kick off meeting (meeting of Portuguese
design) held in October 2000 in California (5 days).
In July 2001, for delays in implementing the project no longer justified its guidelines in this
