• Creation of sales orders and quotations for European, EMEA customers.
• Communicating through mails / calls and chatting through communicator regarding queries.
• Meeting productivity and 100 % Quality & TAT on Order Entry, and Quote Creation,
• Forecasting, Order Changes , Expedite Request, Pull In , Push Out, Cancellation requests targets on
daily basis.
• Working on SAP transactions codes VA01, VA02, VA03, VA21, VA22, VA23,VA31,VA32
MD04,
• Running ZATP report to remove MR, ER Block to MS and ES Block.
• Assist new employees in their daily activities and train them in supporting with customers, Quality

Vendor management and creating Replenishment order :

• Handling SNC (Supplier Network Collaboration) for Ericsson
• Supporting VMI (Vendor managed Inventory)
• Vendor invoice management and vendor management inventory.
• Timely arrangement of Material as per production plan
• Forecast creation and send to supplier on daily/weekly basis.
• Co-ordination with multiple suppliers in case of urgency for any part
• Placing of Purchase orders as per Customers demand in SNC.
• Co-ordinate parallel with the Planning to improve the delivery of materials
• ASN and invoice creation after delivery from warehouse.
• Maintain Min/Max stock as per demand
• Working on customer portal to create ASN, Reconfirm and reschedules
• Netting and Scheduling agreement
Other Responsibilities:
• Responsible for complete and accurate transcription and entry of paper/fax and EDI customer
purchase orders into TE’s SAP Order Management system.
• Responsible for Order Creation per documented Work Instructions.
• Accountable for order expedite activities, support of TE.com web user registrations, and other
administrative tasks as and when assigned or required by the business unit
• Responsible for processing inbound EDI order transactions from TE’s customer’s system into TE’s
SAP system.
Responsible for support of e-commerce systems including on-line literature requests,
dispatching direct customer quote requests, completing quote requests from indirect
customers and processing user registrations.
