Job Responsibilities
 Manage and carry out all secretarial work for the smooth functioning of business, Maintain Secrecy
of the information as per the requirements & also having legal knowledge.
 Tracking daily appointments, scheduling meetings and Video/Tele conferences.
 Preserving records for future reference.
 Planning Travel and hotel arrangements, booking necessary tickets for travel.
 Coordinate with managers for meetings, preparing the agenda and making arrangements for client
visit and his stay.
 Collecting data and information for the presentation and preparing the Presentations.
 Taking shorthand dictations and transcription.
 Preparing MIS reports, department analysis of head count, people movement offshore and onshore.
 Taking note of Minutes of Meeting, following up with the open action items and ensure that they
are closed on time.
 Taking care of all new customers NDA agreements as per the general manager’s Guidance.
 Collecting of all the project status from Program managers daily/weekly/monthly basis on behalf
of my higher authority.
 Managing calendar of General Manager and setting up meetings for him.
 Managing travel arrangements (including but not limited to visa arrangements, ticket bookings, cab
arrangements, hotel bookings etc.)
 Corresponding on behalf of the manager/ director with internal and external stakeholders.
 Liaising with the investee company’s office to fix up appointments as and when necessary.
 Maintaining contact database of the clients on outlook.
 Working in co-ordination with peers in the office for managing calendars meetings.
 Supporting the Partners / Managers with day-to-day affairs as and when required.

 Processing & looking after all the Foreign payments through remittance or online payments.
 Taking care of all the documents relating to Purchase team and getting the documentation work
done by sourcing team.
 Have knowledge about exposure to ISO & ERP Environment & Tally 9.0.

 Knowledge about Relax of purchase orders, production orders.
 Maintaining documents as per the ISO.
