2. OPENING REMARKS, KICK OFF!
Thank You for attending our 6th SharePoint Saturday New York!
Our team has worked very hard to bring you this event and we hope to continue to do so.
Organizer’s are not paid to run these events and Speakers are not paid to come, we are
community leaders that donate our time & energy to bring you events like this.
We could not pull off an event in this scale without the help of Sponsors. This entire event
and the experience you’ll have is 100% funded by our Sponsors.

3. 2 SIMPLE RULES
1) Be courteous to the speakers & other attendees.
1a) Keep cellphones and device on silent or vibrate
2) Please tidy up after yourself, don’t leave trash around

In the event you can’t follow our simple rules you could be asked to leave. 

4. VENUE LOGISTICS

• Coffee [available all day], Snacks, & Lunch
will be served in the 6th floor kitchen
• Lunch will be served in the 6th floor hall
across from Amazon Web Services
• SharePint – Immediately afterwards @
Scallywags. See K2 for wristbands
• SPSNYC Information Desk – Registration,
questions, information, handouts
• Session Rooms are numbers on the Map.
• Organizers – Blue Shirts
• Speakers – Black Shirts

5. IMPORTANT UPDATES
• Food Update
• Lunch has moved from 6th floor kitchen to the hallway across
from Amazon Web Service. Please follow traffic patterns.
• Coffee / Tea is now in the 5th floor kitchen
• Venue
• All sessions in the Imperial Room have been moved to the
Brooks Atkinson room on 5th floor
• Schedule Change
• “Create your own SharePoint 2013 dev VM Live!” has moved
from 9:00am in Central Park East to 10:30am in Radio City.
• “Diary of a Complex Customized SharePoint Migration” has
moved from 10:30am in Radio City to 9:00am in Central Park
East.
• 1:00 PM – 2:15PM Leveraging “Olso” and Office Graph
Signals to create new SharePoint 2013 Experiences has been
cancelled.

• Speaker Evaluations – Fill these out for each session you attend, bring them to the
information desk. Speakers love to hear feedback positive OR negative (try to be
constructive)
