• SPIKE (SKALI Pioneers & Innovators in the Knowledge Economy)
programme gives YOU, who graduate from various background the
edge over rest; building YOUR competency to a level that will
make YOU indispensable to the industry!
9. If Qualified, You Will Have These!!
• Employment contract with SKALI for SIX (6)months.
• Allowance of RM 1,500.00 per month.
• Performance Bonuses (**Up to RM 400.00 per month).
• EPF and SOCSO coverage.
• Medical coverage.
• Technical training and competency development programme
that aims to build skilled workers.
• Technopreneur development and creation.
• International certification.

10. After All…
• Total of 580 apprentices were trained since 2008 until June 2012
• 54 apprentices are currently groomed as entrepreneurs.
• Total of 16 registered companies were formed. As at today, these companies
have acquired various projects with a total up to RM 1.2 million.
• A total of 337 apprentices have successfully secured jobs with various
organisations and corporate companies such as Telekom Malaysia, Rann
Consulting, Nelson, and XY Base. Some are even absorbed by SKALI.
• 16 apprentices were given opportunities to pursue MBA in Entrepreneurship
which was sponsored by SKALI.
• 95% of the participants has gained better employability whilst the graduates who
received employability, 92% of the participants received 33% or higher pay as
compared with the industry average.
