4. Started my journey at RK SWAMY BBDO Hyderabad (12.07.04 - 31.10.05) as an Account Executive . The 2-min formula. That’s what we needed when the MR went to the Doctor with our communication. Understanding Direct Marketing and developing communication was highly challenging. Handled brands like New Life Colostrum (launch), Relent, Mucolite, Albovit, Redotill, Rebalance, etc. Planned & executed DRL’s participation in PEDIACON for which they won the first prize. Was sent to RKS Mumbai for crisis management for a month. Was promoted to Sr. AE Worked with: DRL Torrent GSK J&J DeChane
5. I then chose to explore the world of mainstream advertising and understand 360° brand communication. Moved on to SSC&B Lintas Bangalore (28.11.05 - 25.05.06 ) as a Senior AE. Connecting with the masses . Handled brands like cybermediadice.com, Alcazar Vodka, Cisco HR. Worked with: Cyber Media Dice United Breweries Cisco Systems
6. To further understand the market and consumerscape holistically & scientifically, I moved to Vertebrand Management Consulting Bangalore (01.06.06 - 28.02.07 ) as a Business Development Analyst. Here, I got the opportunity to work on mind-to-market for brands. From the world of high fashion to steel pipes and B2B to B2C, work spanned across a host of industry verticals. Worked with: ICH Shankara Pipes Namdhari Brugruenn Group of hotels
7. Then an opportunity presented itself. With the intention of creating social spaces which encourage bonding between families and extended families, I founded Mirthland Hotels in Hyderabad (01.03.07-09.7.09) With an integrated approach towards business strategy & brand building, I attracted investors, planned & developed a mind-to-market strategy and then launched Levitate – a lounge bar. A successful brand, Levitate is positioned as an aspirational, interesting, semi-casual hang-out between work and home that provides a space to unwind: “Take it light” with family & friends without having to spend a fortune.
8. Always wanted to work with the best. Learn , contribute and be among the best . Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to witness and learn from some of the best of minds in the field. 10. Graduated from Bhavan’s Degree College Hyderabad (2001) with a B.Com degree. Captained the college football team. Was a part of the group that initiated & organized the Annual Fete and other college events. My interest led me to join a multimedia course in Data Quest
