- Year 1-2: %100 Capacity expansion; %250 Income increase; new and additional business activities planning. 
- Year 3-4: %60 Income increase, added new contracts of planned new businesses; adaptation to new regulation.

THE LIST OF PROJECTS INVOLVED & MANAGED 
 2nd & 3rd Phases capacity expansion of 325.000 m3 project is completed and fully operational. 
 Management of construction project of berthing expansion which is under construction. Projected Jetty have 2.5km length with 6 berthing stations and investment amount is 150.000.000USD. 
 Local Tanks Expansion project the capacity of 100.000 m3 is operational. 
 Bunker Product supply project construction of 50.000 m3 capacity is operational. 
 Management of LPG terminal construction at a capacity of 40.000m3, technical & commercial discussions continue. 
 Truck handling (loading & discharge) project for Iraq double side trading is completed. Handling of more than 400 trucks a day is working daily basis. 
 RTC handling area; gantry construction project management is under discussion with Governmental bodies. 
 LNG and Chemical Storing projects are under discussion with Major Companies. 
 Pipeline connection from N. Iraq to company existing infrastructure is under discussion. 
 NATO military Pipeline connection and oil Products Supply projects Management. Project is operational as of now. 
FORMER ADVISING PARTNER AND NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT 
At GM MADENCILIK VE KIMYA TIC.AS / GLOBAL MINING - TURKEY |june.11 – April.13| 
 Creating the mining business project together with Foreign Partners, make all necessary resource research and deposit investigation on the fields. 
 Receiving 2 different mine field licenses from Ministry of Mining (Ankara) accordingly to project development. 
 Founding of Turkish mining company; following and receiving the necessary related licenses & permits. 
 Business development and management of whole project from inception till become operational (i.e. research, investigation, budgeting, HR recruitment, necessary local authorities’ relations, obtaining all necessary permits and licenses, machineries & equipments contracting, third party sub contractors deals) together with installation of site construction and mineral beneficiation plant. 
 Working together on technical side with engineers (Geology and Mining), following the sampling, map drawings, drillings, lab testing’s; modeling of the mine explorations and preparing costs, margins, prices tables and advise to forecasting preliminary working budged. 
 Have made an additional researches in different mine fields for other type of minerals, including necessary concentration / beneficiation processes designs. 
 Make several site visits for different field investigations with engineers in Turkey for create new and different minerals production projects.

 Advise on preparation of P&L table and Budged in line with project stages including tendering, designing, commissioning sub contracting.

Started as Export Sales responsible at 2005 in the company, then become Export Sales Manager in world wide range at 2007 and added the Local Market biggest Key accounts Management on top off Export Sales responsibilities. 
Management of International and local sales, marketing, Supply chain management, raw materials supply & operations management and related commercial activities management; with below achievements; 
- Year 1: %25 sales quantity increase together with %40 Income increase, new key account clients adding. 
- Year 2: % 50 quantity increases together with %85 Income increase, add new international markets by opening of Tallinn stock warehouse for increase Russian sales.

 Manage the full process, from production through delivery; i.e. receipt of purchase order, preparing sales contract(s), stock management of raw materials, placing the production order and following the process, quality control and shipments of goods management with coordination of different departments.

Started as Country Manager in Algiers at 2003 in the company and then become a Logistics Manager at site within first 6 months at 2005. Then become Deputy Project Manager / Logistics Manager One of the company project + Logistics Manager on second project. So become a Manager of 2 Projects of same company at the mean time. 
Management of Logistics, Supply management, raw materials supply; operate and Manage all Procurement activities, Customs relations and operations management, budgeting of new projects, Warehouse Management etc. 
Responsibility of all site procurements & purchases, management of necessary logistics operations, custom processes, handling of equipments transportations, Warehouse management with goods stocking and controlling, handling and managing of mobilization and immobilization requirements, all subcontractors management. Then in second stage was appointed as a Logistics Manager and Deputy General Manager of water treatment project which is JV with French ALSTOM Company. FORMER ADVISING PARTNER AND NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT At GM MADENCILIK VE KIMYA TIC.AS / GLOBAL MINING - TURKEY |june.11 – April.13|  Creating the mining business project together with Foreign Partners, make all necessary resource research and deposit investigation on the fields.  Receiving 2 different mine field licenses from Ministry of Mining (Ankara) accordingly to project development.  Founding of Turkish mining company; following and receiving the necessary related licenses & permits.  Business development and management of whole project from inception till become operational (i.e. research, investigation, budgeting, HR recruitment, necessary local authorities’ relations, obtaining all necessary permits and licenses, machineries & equipments contracting, third party sub contractors deals) together with installation of site construction and mineral beneficiation plant.  Working together on technical side with engineers (Geology and Mining), following the sampling, map drawings, drillings, lab testing’s; modeling of the mine explorations and preparing costs, margins, prices tables and advise to forecasting preliminary working budged.  Have made an additional researches in different mine fields for other type of minerals, including necessary concentration / beneficiation processes designs.  Make several site visits for different field investigations with engineers in Turkey for create new and different minerals production projects.
