• We need tools to provide real life long learning in modern
environment
• Single eLearning, tLearning, mLearning solutions are not able to
provide efficient LLL of tomorrow
• TV is widely available and familiar tool for entertainment. Some
broadcasts with educational value enjoy popularity too e.g. Discovery
• Mobile telephone today is nearly ubiquitous and always accessible
• Internet access is improving but still limited in countryside.
Convenient for large amounts of on demand content.
• tLearning, mLearning and eLearning integration is our opportunity

(preliminary agreed titles):
– Information Society & Tele-work,
scenarios for work from home using available ICTs;
– 23 things for business beginners,
various subjects they need to know to be successful;
– Social Networking for Business Beginners,
including online networking
– Internet Marketing & Advertising
– Management of Renewable Forestry Resources for Entrepreneurs,
business opportunities in agriculturally unused lands
• 5 bilingual courses based on existing course material in:
– Entrepeneurship;
– ICT;
– Personal productivity
– etc. (e.g. somthing for regional development, )
