DIGIT (Develop and Implement Grandfathering in Triumph) was the biggest multi-million dollar initiative in
AMEX aimed at changing customer experience that was set to be completed in 2013.
DEX, on the other hand, is the extension of DIGIT which primarily covers impacts to online servicing and
statementing brought about by the new infrastructure that is being developed out of DIGIT.
Tasks/Responsibilities as Offshore Business Systems Analyst:
1. Maintains accurate technical documentation (i.e. methods of change, test approach, risks and issues log,
application requirements document) from analyze to high-level design phase (which is the current phase
of the project) with strict compliance to SOX Audit standards.
2. Facilitates technical and administrative meetings across multiple time zones.
3. Ensures that project tasks are properly executed and deliverables met business expectation.
4. Ensures that all issues are immediately and properly addressed by the correct people.
5. Ensures immediate alignment with all stakeholders on all project concerns.

This project was part of American Express’ compliance to Federal Trade Commission Act more known as
UDAP (Unfair, Deceptive Acts and Practices). It was a multi-million dollar project under the UDAP umbrella
(a series of projects created to make AMEX fully compliant to UDAP Law) which built the infrastructure called
Product Transfer Process Component (PTPC) aimed to meet the following needs across all business areas:
Risk Decisioning for all Product Transfers: All transfer requested will go through the current decisioning
logic to determine if it is best to approve the product transfer request.

Consistent Channel Experience for Product Transfer: A Customer would have the same experience,
features and services available during a transfer regardless if they respond by mail, by phone or online.
Clear Disclosure of Change in Terms: Providing both written and verbal communication to the Customer
as to how their pricing would be changing as a result of the product transfer.

Rosselle supported multiple concurrent ‘test only’ projects providing functional support, managing issue
resolution and creating test data tailor-fit for various interfaces within AMEX that engaged Triumph as their
primary testing source.
As Business Systems Analyst for the platform, Rosselle analyzed business requirements and test
specifications cross-referencing the business needs for use in determining the appropriate sizing needed to
fund these test only requests. She was actively involved in all testing discussions, from planning down to data
setup and execution. She acted as primary contact person for all testing issues and concerns assigned to
Triumph for resolution. Rosselle was responsible for ensuring that post-analyze sizings were accurate based
on the scope, timelines and complexity of required testing to be supported by the Triumph team.
During the course of the project life cycle, Rosselle ensured that all deliverables (like Requirements Report,
Test Approach or T910, analyze entry and exit criteria) were signed off accordingly

Takes charge of planning, systems analysis and designing and all matters related to current and future
computer information system projects of this government agency

charges and IP enforcement actions; designed and managed the development of its web application where all
participating agencies/government institutions namely the National Bureau of Investigation, Philippine National
Police, Bureau of Customs, Optical Media Board, Department of Justice, IP Courts, IPPhil, Court of Appeals
and Supreme Court will be given access to input/update their respective IP cases/actions. This system now
allows the public to view and generate reports of all IP cases in the country, including each case’s

Developed an interface system called Granted Patents Encoding Module, the first phase of IPDL-Patents
