DIRECTV is one of the world's leading providers of digital
television entertainment services delivering a premium
video experience through state-of-the-art technology,
unmatched programming, and industry leading customer
service to more than 37 million customers in the U.S. and
Latin America.
DIRECTV was looking for a unique way to drive sales with
current and prospective customers via email and wanted to
leverage its exclusive sports programming: NFL SUNDAY
TICKET. With big ideas and no directional map to achieve
its goals, the company partnered with Liveclicker to create
a real-time email program that would allow recipients to
easily upgrade or subscribe.
The weekly NFL SUNDAY TICKET email campaign utilized
device targeting to deliver a specific message to recipients
on mobile devices. When opened on a mobile device, the
email dynamically updated with a SMS “tap-to-text” link
that allowed clickers to purchase or upgrade their NFL
SUNDAY TICKET subscriptions with one click.
Sold over 3X as many NFL SUNDAY TICKET
subscriptions during 2015-2016 season in
SMS.

4. Harley Davidson
Throughout the world, Harley Davidson unites people
deeply, passionately and authentically. From town to
town and country to country, Harley Davidson’s
ideals of freedom and self expression transcend
cultures, gender and age. With both global signifi-
cance and local relevance, it’s no surprise that Harley
Davidson ranks as one of the strongest brands in the
world.
Harley Davidson was searching for a new and engag-
ing way to entice email openers to click through onto
its product pages. With a new bike launch coming up,
Harley Davidson turned to Liveclicker to generate a
live scratch-to-reveal email campaign. This revolu-
tionized subscribers’ inboxes with dynamic interac-
tive content, highlighting Harley Davidson’s latest
product!
Harley Davidson ran an A/B test to au-
thenticate results. The control had no
LiveReveal with the new bike image
directly in the email, while the test served
a scratch-to-reveal dynamic image. The
email with LiveReveal outperformed the
control with a total CTR of 5.70%. And
almost 50% of people who revealed the
bike clicked through onto the product
page!

home, and connecting them with the best
local professionals who can help. Zillow
serves the full lifecycle of owning and
living in a home: buying, selling, renting,
financing, remodeling, and more.
Seeking a way to customize its emails to
subscribers all over the globe, Zillow
partnered with Liveclicker. Using
real-time weather targeting, Zillow was
not only able to serve live weather fore-
casts within its emails, but also serve
custom images and offers leveraging the
opener’s weather data, right at the
moment-of-open.
Openers with a current tem-
perature below 60° F received
the “cold weather” indoor
image. Openers with a current
temperature above 60° F
received the “warm weather”
outdoor image. Click through
rates almost doubled!
